From our beginnings over 25 years ago as Hastings Auto and Marine to today, Douglas has always been crafting unique solutions for our customers. Our expertise extends to Outdoor Living spaces, where we’ve gained a strong reputation in the industry and installed over 200 Louvre Roofs in Hawke’s Bay.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hawke’s Bay
Over the years, we’ve also donated products, materials, equipment and expertise where they could make a difference. This has included supporting Pacific relief efforts, Nourished for Nil, the New Zealand Red Cross, the Hawke’s Bay Red Cross Curtain Bank and Sustainable Hawke’s Bay, as well as raising nearly $14,000 through our Discount + Donate campaign.
We began formalising our sustainability journey in 2022 and continue to look for practical ways to reduce waste, improve how we operate and contribute positively to our community.
